In January 2025, Ridge and RJ Kelly acquired a 14.0-acre development site entitled for a 95,700 square foot front-loaded warehouse facility. The partnership has preleased 50% of the building and completed construction in 1Q 2026 - the balance of space is actively being marketed for lease.
