In November 2023, Ridge, East West Partners and Edgewater Ventures acquired a 12-acre development site entitled for a 4-building, 295-unit Class A multifamily project. The partnership expects to complete construction in 4Q 2025 and is actively leasing rental units in the first phase of the project that has delivered.
